Fish oil is a product obtained during process of production of fish meal from fishes, such as: herring, sprat, spotled silver carp, mackerel and cod. Fish oil is highly valuated in feeding animals because of composition of fatty acids, among which special attention should be given to portion of essential fatty acids (EFA).
